Welcome to the mobile applications and services provided by Texowave Private Limited ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using our mobile applications (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Apps.

1. Services & Third-Party Integrations

Our App integrates several third-party software development kits (SDKs) and platforms to facilitate subscriptions, analytics, and advertising. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of these third-party services:

• RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage mobile in-app subscriptions and purchase states.
• Google AdMob & Google Ads: We use Google AdMob to serve personalized and non-personalized advertisements.
• AppsFlyer: We use AppsFlyer for marketing attribution, campaign measurement, and app analytics.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features of our App may require paid subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases. All transactions are handled securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store billing systems.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Billing: Your store account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase. You can manage or disable auto-renewal in your Apple/Google Account Settings at any time.
• Refunds: All refund requests are governed by the billing policies of the respective App Store (Apple or Google) and must be requested through them.

3. License & Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible mobile devices. All content, designs, trademarks, and intellectual property rights within the App are owned by Texowave Private Limited.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, modify, disassemble, decompile, reverse-engineer the App, or attempt to bypass security measures or access restricted features.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Texowave Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms. Your continued use of the App following any updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
